DispoMatch is a wholesale real estate deal distribution platform that connects property submitters with registered buyers using AI-powered matching and automated SMS outreach. DispoMatch is not a real estate brokerage, does not provide real estate advice, and does not participate in or guarantee any real estate transactions.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit, including property details, pricing, and contact information.
You agree not to submit fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate property listings.
Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence on any property before making investment decisions.
You agree not to use the platform to spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications outside of the platform's intended use.

SMS Communications

By registering as a buyer with a phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages about matched properties. Standard messaging rates may apply. You can opt out at any time through your profile settings.

Limitation of Liability

DispoMatch provides a matching and communication service only. We are not liable for the accuracy of property listings, the outcome of any transactions, investment losses, or any disputes between users. All investment decisions are made at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of DispoMatch is owned by DispoMatch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.
