SMS Terms & Compliance Policy

1. Program Description

DispoMatch operates an SMS messaging program (the "Program") that delivers off-market wholesale real estate deal notifications to registered cash buyers whose buy box criteria match a submitted property, and related transactional messages to property submitters (such as buyer interest alerts). Messages are informational and transactional in nature — you receive a text only when a specific deal matches your stated criteria or when there is activity on a deal you submitted.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

  • Buyers: by providing your mobile phone number and enabling SMS Alerts in your account, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from DispoMatch about properties that match your buy box preferences.
  • Property submitters: by providing your phone number with a deal submission, you consent to receive text messages about that deal, such as notifications when a matched buyer expresses interest.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Buyers may alternatively use email notifications.
  • You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on how many submitted deals match your buy box criteria and on activity related to deals you submit. You will not receive recurring marketing blasts — messages are triggered by deal matches and deal activity.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. DispoMatch does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to messages sent and received.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

  • Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any DispoMatch text message to stop receiving messages. Your opt-out takes effect immediately and no further deal notifications will be sent to your number.
  • You may also disable SMS Alerts at any time in your profile's notification settings.
  • After opting out, you can re-enable SMS Alerts in your profile if you wish to resume receiving deal notifications.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to operate the Program as described above. A buyer's contact information is shared with a property submitter only when the buyer explicitly replies YES to a deal notification. 8. Carrier Disclosure

Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. The Program is available on major U.S. carriers; supported carriers may change without notice.

9. Changes to the Program

We may modify or discontinue the Program, or update these SMS terms, at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
